WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGES.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or store credits will not be issued for:

  • Hair extensions returned with cut or missing       elastic ties
  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Final sale items

If you receive a defective hot tool, please contact us at shopthebeautystandard@gmail.com within           30 days of purchase. The item must not show signs of misuse or physical damage.
